1. Dr. Mac's AMAZING Behavior Management Advice Site was and is designed, created, and maintained by Tom McIntyre. He wrote all the documents (although he stole all the ideas from other folk's workshops and writings) except for those that are otherwise indicated. 2. The advice contained within this web site is offered for your consideration. You must decide whether any of the ideas presented herein should be implemented. Always act professionally. Use strategies that are respectful of youngsters. Try many positive interventions before and while resorting to neutral, tricky, or negative ones. Be sure that their use is in the kids' best interests, and never do anything you wouldn't want done to you. Consider all legal limitations and school district policies.

Optimistic, caring, and competent individuals, they really loved teaching "tough kids" and helped others to feel the same way...people like Dennis Mack, Janice Martin, Tyrone Thompson, "Big Earl", Lester Mann, and Richard McIntyre...good friends and dedicated colleagues who are dearly missed.
