The videos show students in the UK (often dressed in uniform), but the situations and advice jump the pond to the US too.

This manual from the Oregon
State Department of Education provides an overview of the identification
and placement process for the categorical eligibility of "Emotionally Disturbed"
for children 3-5 years of age. It provides strategies for collection
of data, intervention, and family partnerships. While the focus is on preschool
children who are eligible for special education services, the manual provides
a foundation for approaching any child with behavioral issues. (This
document takes awhile to download...about 30 seconds on my college computer
with a fast server)
